There is no better way to cool down in the scorching summer heat than with a scoop (or two) of ice cream. But what to do if you’re vegan or lactose intolerant? Luckily, we’ve found a great variety of dairy free ice cream recipes, ranging from refreshing sorbets to decadent, creamy indulgences, so you can still enjoy one of life’s little pleasures, but without the guilt.
