In addition, Oliver points out that obesity is the biggest killer today….and it is preventable. He suggests that by learning how to cook healthy foods at home and teaching kids how to cook, we can reduce obesity and improve health.
He also argues that nutrition should be taught in schools: kids need to know what goes into their food, what vegetables look like in their natural state, and how to cook them beautifully.
