WIN $195 To Spend At Cossac – PLUS A Perfume!

Sponsored post

We’ve long loved this sustainable luxury label by Agatka Kozak, and now Cossac has launched a new collection – and you can win a part of it!

In 2014, after working for both high-end and high street labels and with some distinguished designers for London Fashion Week, Agatka became frustrated with the destructive influence of the fashion industry, and decided to launch her own ethical and sustainable label.

Cossac promotes the minimalistic concept of the Capsule Wardrobe, and offers a curated selection of contemporary threads and redefined basics with a sassy edge. Each quality garment is intended to be transeasonal, with the aim of minimising wastefulness and maximising usefulness.

Transparency, sustainability and social well-being are all at the core of this label, which rejects mainstream fast-fashion practices such as producing cheap, low-quality and disposable clothing, as well as exploiting workers. Instead, Cossac offers durable, sustainable materials such as organic cotton, Tencel and modal. When selecting fabrics, Agatka places much importance on how it is produced and the extent of its impact on the environment. In fact, all of her fabrics are transparently and ethically sourced, organic and/or have a low environmental impact.

Socially Responsible

In terms of labour, Agatka works exclusively with small factories with whom she has built close relationships. All production is carried out in in Portugal or Turkey in ISO and GOTS-certified factories, which allows Cossac to reduce the time, cost and CO2 footprint of transporting the garments to customers and retailers.

She only uses accredited factories that ensure employees are working in fair and just conditions and are not being exploited in any way. Every supplier and factory she works with is guaranteed to hold a certificate assuring high work standards. She regularly travels to her factories to ensure those standards are being upheld.

Beyond production processes and fabrics, Cossac also makes every effort to incorporate sustainability into all aspects of the business. All online store receipts, purchases and delivery details are sent via email to reduce paper waste; all packaging and labelling is kept to an absolute minimum during deliveries; swing-tags and boxes are made from recycled paper and are 100% recyclable. “We aim to leave no trace apart from the statement our customers make in our garments,” says Agatka.

New Collection

Specialising in soft, comfortable clothing, Cossac’s newest slow fashion collection features gorgeous bodysuits that can be worn with skirts, trousers or jeans – they’re stunning worn on or off the shoulder. There are also classic blouses, including our favourite, in hot pink, and a Boho chic painted fabric fashioned into skirts and dresses.

Most interestingly, Cossac has also created an organic perfume for the first time, too! “In Slow Bloom’ represents the brand beautifully. In fact, it’s an olfactory self care dream! It’s a sweet and refreshing mixture of vanilla, patchouli and amber to take you on a journey of femininity and calm. This scent is all natural, made from organic ingredients, including sweet almond oil and essential oils that are gentle on the skin.

Your Chance To Win

Cossac is offering one lucky winner the chance to spend $195 in the store, plus a bottle of In Slow Bloom. It’s the perfect gift to yourself! Choose from a dress, a jumpsuit, a blouse – whatever your wardrobe needs!
